The persons the data refers to, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 have the right at any time to obtain confirmation that the data exists, to know the exact form of the contents and where it was obtains, check that the data is correct and request that it be added to, updated or changed. The person also has the right to request the data be cancelled, be transformed into an anonymous form, or block the data being processed if it is in breach of law, and also may oppose the data being processed for legitimate reasons.
